The World Health Club is a small operation selling at low prices. We have strict quality controls on shipping so that our products do not get damaged on their way to you. If something is damaged please let us know and we will investigate. Due to the nature of whole food supplements, once a product is shipped, we cannot accommodate returns because you didn't like it.
Make sure your shipping address is accurate. We cannot be held liable for orders shipped to the wrong address. Please communicate with your shipping delivery company because we cannot be held liable for orders that you did not receive if they were shipped to the address you provided. However, we will always make the effort to investigate the tracking information so to provide assistance to you locating your shipment if there is an issue.
We certify that all the products sold on this site are indeed from the said manufacturer. We ship using recycled shipping and packing materials to reduce our carbon footprint. Please help save shipping costs and reduce emissions by bundling products together into a single order as opposed to multiple smaller orders.
