We strive to ship orders as soon as possible.  While we cannot guarantee next day fulfillment, we make every effort to make that happen.  Your satisfaction with our customer service is the top priority.  If you are concerned about the safety of your package delivery, check with your delivery person to schedule a pick-up of your order.

Returns & Replacements
Only damaged or defective items are eligible for returns or refunds.  Most of the time, customer will be responsible for return shipping and subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Most of the items for sale on this site are the lowest on the internet.  Most manufacturers have resellers sign contracts called M.A.P. (Minimum Advertised Price) Agreements.  This obliges us to sell products above a certain price if visible to google and the world wide web.  That is why many products arond the internet are the same price.  If you see a lower price, chances are that company is selling you an expired product.  If it seems too good to be true...
